You’ll receive booking acknowledgment via email or WhatsApp within 3–7 business days.

4. Waiting Period

Standard Online Wait Time: 1 to 3 months

In-Person Consultations: 6 to 12 months

5. Refund Policy

No refunds once booking is confirmed.

However, service credits may be issued in special cases:

  • If the astrologer cancels: 100% credit
  • In case of natural calamity: 50% credit

6. Consultation Formats

Online (Preferred): Zoom / WhatsApp Audio/ Video Call (Fully encrypted)

In-Person: Requires pre-scheduled time and a signed liability waiver for consent & safety.

7. Required Documents

  • Astrology: Appropriate Birth-Date, Time of Birth & Place of Birth / Birth Certificate / Horoscope / Koshthi / Thikuji
  • In-person: Government ID (NID/Passport)

8. Rescheduling Policy

Allowed only if requested 15+ days in advance

Max 1 reschedules per booking

9. International Clients

Additional 5% processing fee applies
