No Guarantees or Fixed Dates: Submission of payment or request does not guarantee any specific consultation date or time.

Right to Reschedule or Cancel:

A.A.DAS & GEM and the Amrito-Aloke Astrology Foundation reserve the absolute and unconditional right to reschedule, delay, or cancel any consultation at any time, without prior notice, due to:

• Guruji’s spiritual seclusion, rituals, or health
• National/international emergencies
• Astrological calendar shifts or unavoidable events

No Refund Requests Will Be Entertained under any such change or delay. By booking, you acknowledge and fully accept this strict policy.

This policy is legally binding under the Bangladesh Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009, the Digital Security Act 2018, and international service terms governing intangible and spiritual services.

15. Refund & Chargeback Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.
